As an Outbound Sales Rep, you’ll be instrumental in supporting new and existing customers through outbound sales and personalized account management. Our customers expect expert consultation regarding equipment usage, job site management, inventory cost-control measures, and above all else, a frictionless rental process. In this role you will help manage our customer’s needs regarding new/used equipment sales, OEM parts sales, customer-owned fleet solutions, and OSHA safety courses.
What you'll do:
- Qualify and quantify the needs of our existing customer base by utilizing CRM program, SalesForce.com, and persuasive selling techniques Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts in compliance with the company policies by calling on the assigned Book of Business
