Under direct supervision, the Service Tech I - Fabrication safely diagnoses, repairs & replaces components for a light industrial, weld/fabrication facility. Incumbent must have solid knowledge of electrical schematics for machinery and play a key role in the planning of preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance. Works in accordance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Perform highly diversified duties to maintain and repair plant facility’s equipment.
- Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding. Troubleshooting and repair of production machines
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
