United Rentals Commercial and Utility Trucks is seeking a skilled and dedicated Road Service Utility Truck Mechanic to join our fleet maintenance team. If you are a seasoned heavy-duty mechanic with expertise in buckets, pulling and stringing, diesel, and hydraulic systems and have a commitment to safety and quality, we want to talk to you. You'll be responsible for ensuring our fleet of utility and service vehicles is maintained to the highest standards, playing a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles and heavy equipment, such as dump trucks, bucket trucks, and specialty utility vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex issues within hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and braking systems.
