The role of the Temporary Structure Supervisor is to supervise and assist the Temporary Structure Installer I & II with installing and dismantling temporary structures in a safe and efficient manner following manufacturer and company guidelines. This role will be responsible for managing and directing a small crew in a positive learning environment.
What you'll do:
- Leadership: motivate, coach and train personnel
- Resolve issues where staff needs assistance and following the proper escalation process
- Coordinate new hire on-boarding and employee on-going training
