Account Manager at Triumvirate Environmental | LAYIQ

Manage and grow a book of business by building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention
Drive revenue by selling environmental waste management, disposal, and other services to new and existing clients, including cross-selling and repeat business
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating routine services, aligning on project scope, and ensuring successful delivery
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building within client organizations
Lead the sales process from qualification through proposal development, applying consultative selling techniques (including Sandler methodology)
Support client compliance needs by assisting with key projects and delivering tailored solutions
Ensure smooth financial operations by securing purchase orders and assisting with the collection of outstanding invoices
Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Support service recovery efforts by resolving issues, improving processes, and preventing recurrence
Deliver a high-quality customer experience, including occasional client entertainment and engagement
Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience in environmental services, facilities management, or a related industry, with prior sales experience
Proven track record of selling to clients in healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial sectors
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to attend client meetings, networking events, and occasional outings as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
