We are also currently seeking a dedicated, site-specific Flex Officer for a premier client location in Rolling Meadows.

What You’ll Do

• As a Flex Officer, you are the versatile expert who ensures operational continuity and site safety. Your day-to-day includes:
• Risk Mitigation: Conducting critical foot patrols to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the property.
• Concierge & Customer Service: Providing high-level concierge services to clients, tenants, and guests. Strong customer service skills are paramount to your success in this role.
• Advanced Surveillance: Utilizing CCTV and modern security technology to maintain site safety.
• Access Control
• : Managing professional entry/exit protocols for corporate and commercial sites.
• Communication: Interfacing with clients and leadership via professional email and digital reporting.
• Shift Availability
• We are currently filling the following high-priority slots:
• Full-Time: 1st , 2nd and 3rd , Shifts (Includes weekends).

Requirements

• We are looking for professionals who are dependable, adaptable, and tech-savvy.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CCTV, Access Control systems, and Email is essential.
• Mobility
• : Reliable transportation is required for travel between sites (covering the Downers Grove through Rosemont areas)
• Credentials
• : Must possess or be able to acquire a valid Illinois PERC card.
• Basics: 18+ years old, HS Diploma/GED, able to pass drug/background screens, and physically capable of foot patrols and walking stairs in various conditions.
