We are seeking an experienced and driven
Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing.
How You'll Contribute:
Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
