Provides project support for corporate and field initiatives by researching, monitoring and resolving daily issues to ensure successful program implementation. Provide high level support to Bronze Operations management with current processes and identifying continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline daily tasks. Acts as liaison between corporate office, field and vendor to ensure initiatives are successful. Serves as example in performing high quality, detailed work with accuracy and efficiency on a daily basis.
