The Somerset Cardiac Imaging Center , an outpatient department of Baptist Health Corbin, is dedicated to providing comprehensive cardiovascular diagnostic services in a patient-centered environment. Team members work closely with cardiologists, providers, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality testing and support the early detection and management of heart disease.
Our department fosters a collaborative culture where clinical excellence, compassion, and professional growth are valued as we work together to improve the health of the communities we serve.
Provides health care services using radioisotopes to assist in diagnosis or treatment (therapies). Performs Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT related procedures, computer processing, and related techniques to produce images for the interpretation by a Radiologist or a licensed independent practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
