Job Description:
House Manager- Part Time, Nights
Status: Part Time
Shift: Third
Jon Summary:
The House Manager has shift accountability for patient care and customer service, staff leadership, quality improvement, financial viability, as well as strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of staff & optimizes productivity.
- Coordinates service needs throughout facility.
- Communicates effectively with all members of the health care team.
- Support for quality care.
- Serve as change agent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Active Kentucky RN License.
- At least two years of recent leadership and clinical experience.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
