Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact on patient care? Join our healthcare team and play a key role in providing quality care across all ages—infancy to geriatrics. You’ll be responsible for implementing the nursing process, promoting positive patient outcomes, and contributing to a professional and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement the nursing process for assigned patients, ensuring care aligns with Kentucky Nursing Laws and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with a diverse, inter-professional team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Lead by example and contribute to continuous professional development and shared governance.
- Use critical thinking and clinical reasoning to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements:
- Active Kentucky RN License
- BCLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
- ACLS & PALS certification (required within 6 months)
