The Heart Valve Clinic provides specialized evaluation, coordination, and management of patients with valvular heart disease. The clinic collaborates with cardiology and cardiothoracic teams to deliver timely, evidence-based care, support treatment planning, and enhance patient outcomes through coordinated, patient-centered services.
Description:
Assists provider with all tasks associated with patient care as requested, within their scope of practice and certification.
Assists in the efficient flow of patients from the waiting room through their provider visit.
Effectively captures data needed to facilitate the provider’s ability to efficiently evaluate patients including but not limited to vital signs and current medications.
