Baptist Health Imaging, where compassionate care meets advanced imaging and treatment.  Our Imaging Department encompasses multiple services including Computed Tomography, Diagnostic X-Ray, Interventional Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT Imaging, and Ultrasound.  We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art equipment as well as accessibility and providing services throughout the community, including surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides health care services applying pulsed x-ray energy to assist diagnosis or treatment.
• Performs CT procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed independent practitioner.
• Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
• Recognizes various patient conditions in order to provide appropriate patient care to ensure successful completion of the exam or procedure.
• Shift: Full Time, Days

Requirements:

• Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in radiologic technology
• Current American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registry
• Current license with the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
• Advanced ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography required within one (1) year of hire
• 3 Years of related experience
• Current BLS Certification
