Job Description:
T he hybrid role combines responsibilities in both the inpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings. The clinician serves as a lead therapist for the IOP while also providing clinical assessment, therapy, discharge planning, and care coordination for hospitalized patients. The position ensures delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services and compliance with Kentucky laws, facility policies, and all regulatory standards.
