Business Intelligence Analyst | Jacuzzi® Bath Remodels | Onsite Michigan
Byron Center, MI | Full Time | 100% Onsite
At BathWorks of Michigan, your work will help shape how we grow. We are a locally owned, fast-growing home improvement company specializing in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling, and we’re looking for someone who can turn business data into better decisions for our teams, customers, and communities.
As our first Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll help build our reporting and analytics function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with leaders across the business to create clearer reporting, identify opportunities, and help BathWorks grow smarter as we expand into new markets.
This is not a remote position. This role works 100% onsite at our Byron Center, Michigan office.
What You’ll Do
- Build dashboards and recurring reports across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People Operations.
- Analyze business performance, trends, bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
- Bring data from multiple business systems together into reliable, easy-to-understand reporting.
