- Registered Nurse – Women's Health, Inpatient Oncology, Med-Surge Unit (5B)
- $15,000 Sign-on Bonus (for eligible candidates)
- Location: Baptist Health Lexington
- Schedule: Full-time | 3rd Shift | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week
About the unit: 5B is a 22-bed medical/surgical unit specializing in women’s care, oncology, gynecology, and palliative/hospice care. The unit also cares for patients receiving chemotherapy. In addition, 5B provides post-operative care for plastic surgery and general surgery patients.
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers compassionate, evidence-based care designed to support healing and wellness. In this role, you’ll coordinate, ensure, and provide direct patient care while creating an environment rooted in dignity, respect, and empathy. You will use your clinical expertise and critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across the lifespan.
