Job Summary
The Lead Engineering Technician is responsible for overseeing the repair and overhaul of Honeywell secondary power assets while ensuring all work is performed in accordance with applicable technical directives, OEM standards, and program requirements. This role provides technical guidance to depot personnel, monitors production activities, supports troubleshooting efforts, and coordinates with engineering and operations teams to ensure quality, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.
The position requires strong communication, planning, and organizational skills to support asset readiness, maintain program metrics, and promote a safe and compliant work environment.
