Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Production Engineer to support the Tactical Aviation Ground Munitions (TAGM) Portfolio Acquisition Executive Fires Office in Huntsville, Alabama. This position provides production engineering support across multiple weapon system platforms throughout the acquisition lifecycle, with a primary focus on supporting the Aviation Rockets Small Guided Munitions (ARSGM) Product Office.
The role works closely with government leadership, chief engineers, prime contractors, and supplier organizations to evaluate manufacturing readiness, production performance, and industrial base effectiveness. Responsibilities include resolving production challenges, assessing manufacturing risks, supporting transition-to-production activities, and providing technical recommendations that impact program execution.
Successful performance requires the ability to analyze complex manufacturing data, communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders, and support cross-functional teams in achieving production and delivery objectives.
