Knowledge Management Specialist at KBR | LAYIQ

Required: · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or 10 years of relevant professional experi-ence).
· Records Management Skills: Demonstrated experience with DoW/DAF Records Management policies, lifecycle management, and Electronic Records Manage-ment (ERM).
· DAF365 & KM Skills: o Advanced proficiency in managing and structuring DAF Office 365 (DAF365) enterprise collaboration tools, specifically SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams within DoD security boundaries.
o Proven experience developing and maintaining KM strategies, taxonomies, and information architecture within a complex government or military organiza-tion.
o Experience tracking action items, managing taskers, and coordinating docu-mentation for oversight boards.
· Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to train personnel on KM tools and translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Active TS/SCI Clearance with SAP eligibility
Desired: · Advanced Degree or Certification: Master’s degree, Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certification, or PMP certification preferred.
· DoD Acquisition Experience: Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, lifecy-cles, and required documentation.
· Process Improvement: Lean Six Sigma or similar certification demonstrating the ability to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, infor-mation architecture, or operations support, preferably within a Department of War (DoW) or federal environment.
