Postdoctoral Researcher - Gen AI in Construction Planning & Design at KBR | LAYIQ

Research & Development: Develop, test, and implement GenAI frameworks tailored for construction planning, architectural design, and pre-construction workflows.
Air Force Alignment: Ensure research outputs directly translate to improving the speed and quality of military and defense pre-construction phases.
Collaboration: Participate in weekly in-person meetings on campus to brief progress, collaborate with the program director, and align on project milestones.
Work Environment: Location: On-Site
Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
Working Hours: Standard
Required Qualifications: Required Education: Ph.D. in Construction Engineering or Construction Management (Primary). Candidates with a Ph.D. in Architecture and the requisite technical skills will also be strongly considered.
Required Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI frameworks.
Employment Eligibility: Because this position is located at a military college, the candidate must meet requirements set by the customer.
