Minimum qualifications and skill set:

1+ years of veterinary assistant experience is required
Proficiency in the following skills: Patient assessment, nursing care, and monitoring
Venipuncture and administering injections
Radiology positioning and safety protocols
Medication administration and accurate drug calculations
Laboratory sample collection and in-house diagnostic testing
