Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Management experience required
- Veterinary hospital management or medical/dental office management experience preferred
- Previous experience within a veterinary hospital preferred (e.g. veterinary technician or veterinary receptionist) including both large and small animal medicine
Bachelor's degree, Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM), or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient with business software and able to adapt quickly to new systems.
