Job Details:
- Pay range: $15.10 – $20.10 + hourly bonus of up to $3.00/ hr
- 2 nd shift receives a $2 shift differential
- HOURS : Monday – Friday, occasional weekend work
- 1 st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or upon completion of assigned work (start times may vary depending on position)
- 2 nd Shift 3:30 pm – 12:00 am or upon completion of assigned work (start times may vary depending on position)
SUMMARY : The General Production Team Members support the Smart Chicken poultry processing operations by performing a variety of production and labor functions as assigned. Team members will be placed in the position they chose at the time of hiring and may be rotated across multiple areas of the facility based on operational needs, staffing requirements, and business demand. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
