Production Operators ALL Shifts, September, RVI-Harmony, NC at Tyson Foods | LAYIQ

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 3 months continuous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or landscaping environment
Minimum of 6 months continuous work history within the past 2 years
Experience in manufacturing, rendering, or food processing preferred
Mechanical and technical aptitude required
Ability to operate machinery and computerized control systems
Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Rehire eligibility: Minimum waiting period of 90 days; no more than 3 total periods of employment with Tyson Foods
Work Environment
Industrial rendering facility with exposure to heat, noise, odors, and moving equipment. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Requires flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Biosecurity / Safety Requirements
Must follow all Tyson safety policies and procedures. Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Must adhere to plant biosecurity and food safety requirements.

Rehire Criteria: · Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 90 calendar days.
