Job Details:
Job Profile Summary: This position is responsible for performing advanced and complex reporting and analysis of Human Capital data and cross-functional information to support HR projects, processes, users and stakeholders. This will include HR reporting services and tools including but not limited to Workday Prism, PowerBI, detailed statistical analysis to identify actionable insights and building predictive models.
Key Responsibilities: • Developing requirements and implementing analytics using advanced tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, and other tools.• Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics reporting and advanced and predictive analytics• Participate in analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions• Create/maintain and ensure integrity of key HR data sets, reports and metrics• Continuously transforming Tyson’s data visualizations to support business
