Sr Instructional Designer at Tyson Foods | LAYIQ

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, Education, Business or a related field.
3+ years proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development for adult learners in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build curriculum through storytelling by incorporating case studies, real-life examples or fictional scenarios.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS, ideally Workday) and learning technologies.
Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methodologies for learning effectiveness.
Preferred Skills: 5+ years proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development for adult learners in a corporate environment.
Experience with industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Workday Learning, Camtasia, and Synthesia.
Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience using ChatGPT and other similar tools to support research and writing as it relates to instructional design.
Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies for learning.
Experience with gamification techniques and game-based learning.
Familiarity with project methodologies, such as Agile and ADDIE.
