Manager Consumer Insights at Tyson Foods | LAYIQ

EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Marketing Research or related field required. Masters Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of relevant experience preferably on manufacturer-side and with a branded consumer-packaged-goods company or combination of supplier-side and manufacturer-side experience. Innovation and Food industry experience is a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with and/or the ability to learn and apply research, analytics, visualization, knowledge-management, and AI-enabled tools
SPECIAL SKILLS: Demonstrated success in leveraging consumer insights to drive business results.
Must be able to develop and share objective point-of-view while building constructive rapport with internal clients and outside research suppliers.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Highly motivated, eager to learn, with the ability to devise an effective solution in unstructured situations.
Willingness to use a Test-and-learn approach to explore emerging research methods.
Strong knowledge of marketing and market research fundamentals.
Demonstrated experience selecting and applying a range of qualitative and quantitative approaches, with depth in several areas such as: Consumer segmentation and profiling, Category assessments, Purchase drivers and barriers, Concept development, optimization and validation, Brand strategy, equity, and positioning, Campaign and communication pre-testing and tracking, Need-states mapping, Identifying and utilizing trends to build foundation for successful innovation launches
