Summary
The Complex Safety Manager provides strategic leadership for health and safety programs across processing and live operations. As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, this role drives a proactive safety culture, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads continuous improvement efforts to reduce risk, prevent injuries, and promote employee well-being. The position serves as the site's primary health and safety representative and partners with leaders to implement best practices that support Tyson Foods' safety goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all safety programs and initiatives for the complex.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
