Senior Accountant at Tyson Foods | LAYIQ

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in academic field directly related and essential to this job (Accounting or Finance degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in corporate accounting, consolidations, or Big 4/public accounting
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations preferred
Exposure to shared services or BPO environments strongly preferred
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with BlackLine, Workiva, or consolidation systems preferred
Core Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and controls
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced close environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency
