Manager Plant III - WATERLOO, IA at Tyson Foods | LAYIQ

Education: Requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
Experience: Progressive 8 plus years’ experience. Applicable Experience in Food Processing Industry Preferred.
Computer Skills: This job requires General knowledge of computer programs used in the operation of the production plant like Microsoft office applications, Word, Excel, Power Point, outlook, and prefer working knowledge of SAP systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel: 6 to 11 trips per year.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position is responsible for managing several groups of personnel who perform diverse tasks and activities in more than one department.
Priority consideration will be given to applicants at this facility, as well as priority for internal candidates impacted due to plant closure or job elimination. Resume will be required for consideration for this position.
