LAYIQ - Production Supervisor – Staging/Whole Bird- 2nd Shift- Waverly Plant at Tyson Foods

Education and/or Experience : Education: High school diploma; additional vocational or college courses preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing environment and prior supervisory experience preferred. Poultry experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficiency using Microsoft Office software – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual preferred but not required
Special Skills: Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a group of diverse personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.
Physical Requirements / Environment: Stand/Walk: Frequent
Sit: Occasional
Lift/Carry: Occasional (1- 50 lbs.)
Other Physical Requirements: Bend/stoop, squat, climb (up to 3 ft), reach above shoulder (up to 5 ft.), push/pull: Occasional; Grasp, push: Occasional
