Job Details:
Hours: Sat/Sun/Mon 6:00 am - 6:30 pm (guaranteed 40 hrs paid) Attendance incentive of $2.00 + $2.00 shift differential. Pay range: $24.35-$33.95 based on experience. SUMMARY: The 4th Shift Maintenance Leader will ensure that all 4th Shift assigned PMs and Work Orders are completed in a timely fashion and will report to the Maintenance Manager and Shift Supervisors via a daily pass down. The Leader will assist with departmental training and coaching of team members, perform daily inspections and audits, and ensure the 4th Shift
Maintenance team members are performing in accordance to the departmental SOP’s while maintaining company policies and values of safety, quality and efficiency.
EXTERNAL REQUIREMENT: MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS CUMULATIVE EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE OR AUTO MECHANICS. EDUCATION PROGRAM COMPLETION OR CERTIFICATION CAN BE USED IN PLACE OF EXPERIENCE.
