The Sr. Manager, Transportation will ensure a Transportation department culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with Transportation leaders and associates, best in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations. They will use their expertise in transportation operations to ensure safe, accurate and timely daily outbound shipments to customers and other distribution centers within the organization, and to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience leading unionized, employee CDL-A drivers; experience leading unionized employee drivers, dispatchers, routers and leads/managers is highly preferred.
