Hours and Days: Monday - Friday 6 Am - 3 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assigns work in the Warehouse for same-day or future orders, ensures raw material is prepped and available for swift and timely completion and product flow through packaging is maximized.
- Ensures first in first out meat rotation from the Cooler and Freezer for all species.
- Works with Buyers to ensure adequate inventory to meet production needs and helps forecast future needs. "Sets up" 2nd shift, if applicable, for seamless shift transition according to known daily customer requirements through close communication with 2nd shift Supervisor.
- Work with Sales and Purchasing to plan future order production and inventory requirements.
