工作概述：

根据业务发展及增长需求，对于爱科产品销售业务的开展及方向给予明确指导，达成业务指标并促进业务持续增长。以直销形式，与内部团队跨部门协作，通过与最终用户、工程总包公司、机电分包及设计院的关系维护与拓展，提供专业的销售方案。在满足客户需求的情况下，实现爱科产品在区域内的市场推广和销售的任务。

关键岗位职责 ：

• 结合公司战略目标及所负责地区的市场情况，开发主产品项目销售业务和客户商机，负责制定长期及短期发展方向，开拓所在地区市场，优化团队，并带领团队高效执行；
• 合理制定及分配年度业绩指标，带领团队达成预定目标，即实现业务的增长，同时有效管理部门预算和人员/项目成本；
• 与相关部门（市场，服务，商务，PM）等部门密切合作，提供客户的推广支持，提升客户服务质量并帮助AR部门及时收回账款；
• 运用公司销售管理体系及工具，培养高效率的团队和人才梯队负责推广爱科产品，建立和维护良好的客户关系。

任职资格 :

• 本科及以上学历，暖通空调、制冷、建筑环境、机电、管理等相关专业，具备丰富项目操作经验；
• 5年以上暖通及其他公用设备、机电或净化工程行业相关销售经验，2年以上项目销售业务及团队管理经验；
• 有能力带领团队在一定压力下实现业绩目标且曾有多次成功经验；
• 优秀的沟通、适应和变革管理能力；
• 以结果为导向，以数据为依据，具备快速决策能力。
