New Glenn Avionics Production Support Engineer II at Blue Origin | LAYIQ

Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing, test, or design environment.
Direct, hands-on experience with the fabrication, assembly, and test of complex electronic assemblies (PCBA/LRU).
Familiarity with Class 2/3 PCB fabrication, assembly standards (e.g., J-STD-001, IPC-A-610), and DFX principles.
A passion for hands-on problem solving and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts to aid in troubleshooting.
Desired: Experience in an aerospace or other high-reliability production environment.
Experience with automated test equipment and developing test scripts (Python, LabVIEW, etc.).
Experience working directly with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Base Pay Range for: WA applicants is $107,136.00 - $149,990.40

Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing, vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
