Summer 2027 Education Programs and Outreach Intern - Undergraduate at Blue Origin | LAYIQ

Must be a U.S. Citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and have at least one semester or quarter remaining after the internship.
Studying education, curriculum & instruction, communications, hospitality, nonprofit management, or a related field. Education majors and future educators strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience in one or more of the following: classroom instruction or tutoring, curriculum or lesson development, social media/outreach, event coordination, or project management.
Comfort with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reporting; interest in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) to streamline work.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships and navigate diverse stakeholder needs.
Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
Valid driver's license.
Readiness to travel up to 25% of the time for educator conferences, events, and tours.
The Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $28.00 hourly.
We offer housing and relocation support. Interns are responsible for daily transportation to and from their work sites.

Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing, vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
