Facilities Technician Lead at Ivy Tech Community College | LAYIQ

Minimum Qualifications

Technical/industry related certification and substantial knowledge, skills, abilities, & related experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Valid driver’s license.
First Aid/CPR certification or the pursuit of at the first available scheduled class
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting (50 lbs. or more), carrying, climbing, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
Ability to hear, speak, see, and read on a continuous basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in a maintenance-related field
5-7 years of experience with MEP and computerized work order systems
Other Requirements: Transcripts and/or relevant certifications/licenses required at time of hire.
Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of a satisfactory background check.
