The Assistant Director of Marketing combines skills in marketing, content creation, strategic communication, and customer service to foster meaningful student engagement practices, branded social media and digital experiences between the college and prospective and continuing students, maximizing their likelihood to enroll and retain at Ivy Tech Community College.
The position is empowered to inform, assist, and most importantly, to delight prospective and continuing students and their families via strategic content development, brand story sharing, and direct customer service activities. The Assistant Director of Marketing will be expected to become proficient in college recruitment, admission, and retention processes and will be empowered to collaborate directly with relevant staff. This position will also oversee the Communications and Development Specialist position.
