Job Description Summary
The Senior Trust Real Estate Asset Manager is responsible for managing a complex portfolio of real estate assets held in fiduciary accounts, including commercial, residential, agricultural and others. The role is an integral member of Huntington’s Private Bank which at its cornerstone is a client advisor culture within a team-oriented environment. The role provides leadership and guidance on the prudency of maintaining real estate within a portfolio based on the account investment objectives, and preemptively identify potential
issues, such as low account liquidity that might necessitate selling real estate or environmental hazards. Candidates must exhibit strong fiduciary judgment, strategic decision-making abilities, sophisticated negotiation skills, expertise in identifying and managing risk, and a client-centric approach to service delivery.
