Summary:
The Associate Director, Portfolio Management – Asset Backed Finance is responsible for working with internal partners to diligence and support underwriting new transactions and managing the existing portfolio of transactions. Our Portfolio Managers balance supporting the Commercial Bank’s growth and ensuring we have a scalable, well-managed business.
In support of the senior colleagues in the ABF team, Portfolio Managers may be asked to perform financial analysis and assist preparing underwriting documents in support of complex credit requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review financial statements, projection models, project cash flow models and all other relevant financial and non-financial data to develop a concise focused analytical foundation for a credit decision.
