Description
Summary:
Working closely with the Regional Presidents & Managers/Leaders throughout the Consumer and Regional Bank Organization, this individual will be responsible for leading strategic projects, developing sales & training resources, leading field communication efforts & ensuring consistent field execution of our Specialty Banking Foreign Subsidiary strategy throughout the bank in footprint.
This leader will create, lead and implement Foreign Subsidiary COI strategy for business bankers along with provide education and awareness around Specialty Banking across all CRB in footprint.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for partnership with Consumer and Regional Banking (CRB) leadership nationwide to execute on Specialty Banking Foreign Subsidiary strategy throughout all channels.
Provide education around COIs in the Foreign Subsidiary world to Business Bankers and how to educate on our value proposition in the Foreign Subsidiary Banking sector.
