Description
The Vice President – Securitized Products, Digital Infrastructure ABS is responsible for supporting the origination and execution of capital markets securitization transactions (Public, 144a and 4(a)(2)). Positioned between senior coverage officers and junior team members, this role plays a critical part in driving transaction success and supporting strategic initiatives across the desk. This role will work closely with senior leaders and junior talent to manage the full lifecycle of transactions—from pitch development and investor
engagement to execution and closing. The role requires strong technical expertise, market awareness, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to operate independently while contributing to team-wide goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and support execution of active Bookrunner roles, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Prepare marketing materials, coordinate investor meetings, and manage rating agency processes.
