Description
The Municipal Syndicate Operations Analyst is a specialized capital markets operations role supporting the execution, regulatory processing, and settlement of municipal bond primary market activity, including both competitive and negotiated underwritings.
The ideal candidate will work closely with all members of the internal deal team including underwriters, investment bankers, sales and operations, as well as external partners including bond counsel, municipal advisors, and syndicate members to ensure timely, accurate and compliant execution of transactions. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively during time‑sensitive issuance cycles.
The Analyst supports complex municipal deal structures, regulatory requirements, and syndicate workflows, developing expertise in municipal capital markets, MSRB regulations, and underwriting lifecycle controls. Additionally, you may participate in special projects to drive process improvement.
