Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist - Huntington Distribution Finance (HDF) administers the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests. Responsibilities are focused on contacting prospects to obtain required information and leading them through the entire onboarding cycle from application to activation. This process includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation.
In addition to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience, the Specialist ensures accuracy of data in HDF's system of record.
