Part Time Customer Service Rep / Admin - 18-20hr

We are seeking a part-time customer service representative with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent task management skills, and be a self-starter.

Coordinate the handoff of new hires/candidates to the onsite supervisor and ensure they successfully report to the correct work location and shift. Follow up on any candidates who do not report as scheduled and communicate attendance or arrival issues to the appropriate team.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Manage and maintain client files and records
• Create and manage spreadsheets and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office
• Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff
• Conduct research and gather information as needed
• Attend client sites as required
• Other related duties as assigned
