Summary:
The Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager leads Personal Lines sales and service teams within Huntington Insurance, driving production growth, customer retention, referral development, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for developing producers and service professionals, specifically leading the Insurance Green Team that supports internal colleagues who are customers, strengthening partnerships across the organization, and increasing awareness and adoption of Personal Lines insurance solutions among colleagues and
clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the development, execution, and growth of the Insurance Green Team, a colleague-focused concierge service designed to increase awareness, accessibility, and utilization of Personal Lines insurance solutions across the organization.
Responsible for training, coaching, and developing producers and service team members in conjunction with corporate product and sales training programs.
