Description
Summary:
The Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager leads Personal Lines sales and service teams within Huntington Insurance, driving production growth, customer retention, referral development, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for developing producers and service professionals, specifically leading the Insurance Green Team that supports internal colleagues who are customers, strengthening partnerships across the organization, and increasing awareness and adoption of Personal Lines insurance solutions among colleagues and
clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for training, coaching, and developing producers in conjunction with corporate product and sales training programs.
Directs and monitors producer sales plans, goals, activities, and pipeline management.
Actively partners with bank leadership, and other internal stakeholders to promote insurance solutions as part of a holistic client and colleague experience.
