The Role
We're looking for an People Partner to be the go-to person for all things people at Pedestal Health. This is a true generalist role. One day you're troubleshooting a benefits question, the next you're running an interview loop or making sure payroll goes out without a hitch. You'll own the full employee experience, from the systems that keep us running to the culture that makes people want to stick around. If you like variety, don't need a playbook for everything, and enjoy building things from scratch, this is your role.
