We're looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager (m/f/d) to help build out one of Europe's most ambitious digital product organizations. Our partner company is a leading B2B mobility and payment solutions provider, serving customers in more than 50 countries. Built on over 90 years of continuous growth and innovation, the company has evolved into a market-leading platform with around 2,700 employees, processing €19 billion in transaction Volume.

As the business enters its next phase of development, it is investing heavily in data, AI, and technology-enabled commercial excellence to strengthen its market position.

The business recently shifted from a Product Owner model to genuine, outcome-driven Product Management, and its core digital products just moved onto new infrastructure, opening up real room to shape how the organization builds going forward.

You'll own a strategically important product domain end to end, working in a Product Trio with Engineering &Design and operating across multiple teams and initiatives in a business that is actively transforming from a feature-led model into a true, outcome-focused product organization.  That transformation is real but still young: the three disciplines exist, but how they actually work together is being redefined right now, which means genuine influence for someone who can bring structure and conviction to the ambiguity, not just
